Alex has worked in strategic operations for over a decade, with both established organizations and growing start-ups. Representative clients have included: Disney Theatrical Group, Random House Publishing, HISTORY Channel, Showtime, L’Oreal Professionnel, the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, and IFC Films. She currently specializes in the civic technology space, having served on executive teams both as a government contractor and within the federal government.

She is available for consulting services focused on organizational health and efficiency. These include policy development, change management initiative design, risk mitigation, executive summit design and facilitation, and process assessment/improvement.
